Orders under $100 attract a $9.90 shipping & handling fee.

International shipping: We are happy to post to other countries, however it will incur extra shipping charges. Please contact us via our contact page with the details of the item you would like to purchase and we can let you know the costs.

Shipping Times

Many of our Quilts & Pillows are made to order and therefore take approx. 14 days to be despatched.

Christian Lacroix cushions are imported from the United Kingdom and due to the current crises shipping times can vary between 14 – 20 days.

Local delivery is subject to availability. Alora House aims to despatch orders within 5 – 7 days but cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item that cannot be supplied. However, we will offer a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

Following order placement, our team will make contact with you to confirm our current lead times and advise an estimated despatch date.

If you order multiple items you may receive multiple shipments. Items are sometimes shipped from different locations.


If it is not what you expected – we’ll refund it.

We know you’ll love your new purchase, however, if for any reason you’re not completely happy you can return your product to us free of charge.

For returns, please contact us on 02-8089 3979 or contact us via our contact page to receive instructions on how to return your product to us. If you made your purchase using PayPal, items can be returned using PayPal Free Return shipping.

For faulty items, please contact us and we will arrange for the product to be returned and replaced at no cost.

Further Information – Doonas, Pillows and Under blankets

Unfortunately, due to health regulations we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on doonas, pillows or underblankets. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
